About the role
Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Team Lead, Advisor Onboarding will manage client transitions, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience while coordinating workflows, coaching team members, and identifying process improvements.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the execution of client transitions, coordinating workloads and priorities for timely outcomes
Manage complex onboarding activities, including custodial onboarding and account transfers
Train and guide incoming advisors on operational workflows and best practices
Required qualifications
Five or more years of experience in client service, operations, or advisor onboarding within wealth management or financial services
Experience managing complex onboarding scenarios or client transitions
Ability to travel approximately two to three days per quarter and provide flexibility around transition timelines
Bachelor's degree preferred
