About the role
- Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner
- Conduct onboarding alignment sessions with new customers
- Monitor adoption and engagement
- Identify and escalate technical or operational risks
- Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities
- Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders
- Support renewal preparation and forecasting
- Strengthen executive-level relationships
- Gather structured feedback to improve positioning and delivery
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical account management
- Experience working with enterprise or industrial customers
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- Organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, or technical environments
- Ability to travel occasionally when needed

- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial environments
- Background in cybersecurity or infrastructure
- Experience running executive business reviews
- Experience supporting renewals and forecasting
