About the role

Hard Rock International seeks a Lead Lease Accounting professional to drive ASC 842 interpretations and reporting across properties. You will oversee the lease lifecycle, ensure accurate balance sheet treatment, and support monthly and quarterly closes with Lease Query data. You will partner with corporate and property teams, enhance internal controls, and provide expert guidance on policy application to maintain compliance and timely disclosures.
