About the role
Leading the Instructional Design team, the full-time Senior Manager of Learning Design & Innovation will advance innovative learning solutions and oversee the design and development lifecycle while working remotely.
Key responsibilitiesProvide leadership, coaching, and development for the Instructional Design team to enhance learning solutions
Guide the design and execution of learning initiatives, ensuring quality and alignment with business priorities
Identify and implement AI-enabled learning solutions and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectivenessRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred or equivalent experience in instructional design
7+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design
3+ years of experience managing or leading learning professionals
Strong experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience implementing AI-enabled learning solutions and innovative learning approaches
