Job Description: Job Description We are seeking an experienced Draftsman / CAD Designer with a strong background in traditional and classical architectural design to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will have advanced CAD drafting capabilities, experience with architectural millwork, and the ability to support estimating through takeoffs and pricing. Draftsman / CAD Designer Responsibilities Produce detailed CAD drawings and construction documents for architectural and millwork projects Develop traditional and classical design details with a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship Create shop drawings, elevations, sections, and custom millwork details Perform material takeoffs and assist with pricing and estimating Coordinate with designers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure project accuracy and execution Review drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance with project requirements Participate in project meetings and collaborate on-site with the team in Fayetteville Draftsman / CAD Designer Qualifications 5+ years of drafting and CAD experience in architecture, millwork, or related fields Strong understanding of traditional and classical architectural design principles Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software Experience producing detailed architectural millwork drawings Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and assist with project pricing Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work on-site in Fayetteville, Arkansas Draftsman / CAD Designer Preferred Qualifications Experience with custom residential or high-end commercial projects Knowledge of fabrication and construction processes related to millwork Familiarity with woodworking materials and traditional detailing methods Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of 'linking' communities through employment.
