Building Materials Manufacturing | On-Site Our client, a leading manufacturer in the building materials industry, is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation. This role will be responsible for driving safety, production, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across the facility.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all plant operations within a heavy manufacturing environment. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost performance through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions. Develop and mentor plant leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications: Proven Plant Manager or 5+ years in senior manufacturing leadership experience within building materials, cement, aggregates, concrete products, insulation, roofing, gypsum, wood products, or other heavy industrial manufacturing environments. Strong track record of improving safety, production, and operational performance. Experience managing large teams and complex manufacturing processes. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader to make a significant impact within a growing building materials organization while leading a critical production facility.
