About the role

Camp Wayne for Girls is a traditional sleep-away camp for 250 wonderful girls between the ages of 7-15.We are located in beautiful Northeastern, PA. just 2 ½ hours from NYC.All nurses live in clean, private rooms in our brand-new Health Center. If you have a moment, you can check us out here www.campwaynegirls.comWhile there is not a whole lot of information specific to Nurses on our site, hopefully you will at least get a "feel" for our camp to see if it is a place you'd like to spend the summer. Each summer we hire 5 full time Registered Nurses, a Health Center Manager and one Nurses Assistant to join the camp doctor in helping to keep our campers and staff healthy and active throughout the summer. Our entire Health Center team will conduct daily clinic calls, dispense medications, keep a daily health log and appropriate records, attend to sick campers, and also be ready for all camp medical emergencies. All nurses live on campus in private rooms within our new Health Center. Accommodations include private bathrooms, new beds, hardwood flooring, relaxing deck outside your room, fully equipped kitchen within the Health Center, ample internet access and much more. We hope you'll find that we have a beautiful camp with a warm, down to earth atmosphere. We think it's a great way to spend the summer and we hope that you do too!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
