- Demonstrated experience identifying and securing relevant industry awards, executive recognition opportunities, company awards, and corporate rankings
- Experience securing speaking opportunities, panels, conference participation, and other executive visibility opportunities
- Strong media relationships and the ability to identify the right journalists, editors, podcast hosts, award programs, and opportunities for each client
- Experience across industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, technology, IT services, leadership, marketing, professional services, and corporate recognition
- Ability to develop strong story angles and pitches that support long-term executive reputation and positioning

- Comfortable independently researching opportunities, developing media lists, writing pitches, and executing outreach
- Comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Able to track outreach volume, responses, opportunities, submissions, and confirmed placements
- Highly results-driven, with a focus on measurable earned media and visibility outcomes
- Comfortable working toward defined outreach and placement goals
- Able to provide clear weekly email updates on outreach, responses, opportunities, and next steps
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a senior team
- Comfortable setting realistic expectations around PR timelines and outcomes
- Open to flexible availability depending on project needs
- We’d love to learn more about
- The industries where you have the strongest PR experience
- Examples of publications where you have personally secured coverage
- Podcasts where you have successfully booked clients or executives

- Any portfolio, placement list, case studies, or client examples you can share
If this sounds like a fit, please send a short introduction, your email, and examples of results you have personally secured. We may invite selected candidates to a brief conversation to explore potential collaboration.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
