About the role
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and territory sales
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships and account management
- Identify customer needs using consultative selling and solution selling techniques
- Present tailored technology solutions including hardware, software, and IT services
- Maintain pipeline management and CRM updates
- Meet or exceed revenue and sales targets
- 1+ year B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
- Ability to manage time, territory, and pipeline effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Base salary + commission + bonus potential (uncapped commission)
