About the role
- Manage investment activity for clients as a front-line point of contact: ensuring timely and accurate funding of alternative investments, trade execution, and portfolio management at the client level.
- Analyze new investment opportunities for clients using established portfolio construction methodology in collaboration with advisors and the investment team
- Develop lasting client relationships by providing exemplary service and maintaining Rothchild’s high standard of client service
- Create strategy and presentation deliverables for HNW and UHNW client meetings as a self-starter – proactively recommending new strategy and planning ideas for both clients and advisors
- Adhere to industry compliance standards for all actions from investment documentation to client information management and AI usage.
- Provide personalized, friendly, and high-touch client service across all client interactions – developing lasting relationships with clients and future generations. What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong experience in direct client facing roles across financial or professional fields.
- Desire to both learn and teach new skills as you develop, ensuring that your team is consistently provided with the best ideas possible
- Experience using industry investment software, CRM for tracking client interactions and financial planning software for modeling client plans
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks and client requests, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and service standards.
- 3+ years experience in wealth management or the broader financial services industry in similar Sr Analyst level role.
- CFP, CPA, CFA, MSFP, MTAX, JD or other advanced degree/designations
- Degree in Finance or a related field. (CFP curriculum preferred)
- Series exams preferred (7, 66, 65, or 63)
- Experience with integrating artificial intelligence into professional work.
