About the role
- Assist with performing office duties such as answering phones, processing of mail, data entry, filing, and organizing.
- Assist with restocking classrooms with required supplies
- Triage student traffic and assist students with general questions related to the enrollment and application process.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Enrollment in a minimum of 6 credit hours in the Fall and Spring semester and 3 credit hours in the summer
- English proficiency
- Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to establish and meet timelines
- Team player who is dependable, punctual, organized, and detail oriented
