IM Assembler
Location: Bristol, RI
Pay Rate:
$22/hrThe Injection Molding Finishing & Packaging Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently performing post-molding operations to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role trims and deburrs molded components, conducts visual inspections, packages finished goods, and prepares materials for inventory storage and shipment. The operator maintains accurate production records, follows established quality and safety procedures, and supports the efficient flow of products throughout the manufacturing process. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound organizational skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production expectations. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, finishing, packaging, or injection molding experience. Experience performing visual inspections and quality checks. Experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools. 6+ Months experience in a manufacturing environment
