Sales Lead | Fueza AIFueza AI helps fuel-station operators monitor and manage operations across their locations. We’re hiring a hands-on Sales Lead to win regional and enterprise customers while managing two junior sales representatives. You’ll personally prospect, lead demos, negotiate, and close deals while building the processes and team needed to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute Fueza’s sales strategy for multi-location fuel-station operators
- Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and sales forecasting
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demos through negotiation and closing
- Build relationships with owners, executives, and operational decision-makers
- Develop repeatable sales processes, performance targets, and reporting
- Coach and manage two junior sales representatives
- Collaborate with the technical team to align customer needs and support a smooth handoff to implementation
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B technology or SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated success closing large accounts and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience building sales processes and coaching a small team
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and taking ownership of results
- Fuel, convenience-store, petroleum, or franchise experience preferred

Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base salary + commission; $200,000–$250,000 OTE
