Role Description:
This on-site Family Physician position is based in Franklin, TN. The role involves providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide medical care to patients in the office, including diagnosis, prescribing appropriate medications, and referring to specialists as needed.
Order or perform tests as needed and analyze results promptly to provide a diagnosis.
Manage an appropriate patient caseload while delivering high-quality care.
Complete all required documentation for each patient and maintain accurate records.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to provide up-to-date patient care.
Assist with reviewing additional patient charts and provide medical guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in Family Medicine/Primary Care
- Comprehensive knowledge of general medicine and patient care practices
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build patient trust
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and compassionate healthcare environment
- Valid Tennessee medical license
- Current TN state medical license and required certificationsMD or DO degree required
- Graduate from an accredited medical school
- Strong attention to detail
