About the role
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Director of Product Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics, overseeing experimentation practices, and translating complex data into actionable insights to shape product strategy.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of product analysts to support product squads and marketing initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer, shaping product strategy through data insights
Conduct in-depth analysis of product and marketing data to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experience
Required qualifications
10+ years in applied analytics, with 5+ years in product and marketing analytics
5+ years of experience leading analytics teams, specifically in product analytics
Proficient with AI-native and traditional data analysis tools, including A/B testing platforms
Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations and actionable insights
Experience leading analytics for consumer-facing native iOS and Android apps
