About the role
Providing essential administrative and operational support for client service engagements, the full-time remote Professional Services Administrator will manage client service requests, coordinate project activities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of client service requests and administrative tasks while meeting established service level expectations
Coordinate and track client projects, case activity, and service deliverables from initiation through completion
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of administrative, client service, operations, project coordination, or professional services experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience working with case management, ticketing, CRM, or workflow systems preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
