Responsibilities:
Coordinate field operations with paint crews and evaluate production quality Provide extraordinary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction Assist in preparing and managing residential and commercialestimates in the CertaPro Painters estimating system Coordinate with paint vendors to ensure correct products are being used in the field and stores are stocked appropriately with those products Assist with various assignments directed by the Owner Qualifications: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent 3 years of work experience, preferably in the home improvement industry BilingualProficiency in English and SpanishProof of a clean Driver's License Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Effective communication, customer service, and organizational skills Experience in residential/commercial sales and field operations is a plus Must be available to work some evenings and weekends when required Compensation: $43,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year Opportunity is KnockingQualities like working hard, getting the job done right, and fostering respect while working as part of a team are core to the CertaPro Painters brand culture.
