Play a key role in supporting compliance and safety efforts that help our teams deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve. As a Compliance Specialist, you'll help ensure the integrity and effectiveness of our organization's compliance and health and safety programs. This position supports a culture of accountability and excellence through auditing, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to turn data into insight will directly contribute to maintaining quality and safety across all programs. This is a remote position open to Missouri Residents only. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, values process improvement, and wants to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes by helping an organization meet the highest standards of care and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct audits and compliance reviews, including 340B and GPS program monitoring, to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations. Develop and analyze compliance data and reports, providing trend summaries and insights for leadership. Maintain and update compliance education materials, documentation, and communication tools. Support department outreach and engagement, including management of SharePoint resources and the Compliance Help Desk. Assist with Health and Safety reporting, committee coordination, and documentation.Participate in on-site compliance visits and departmental monitoring. Provide administrative and project-based support to the Compliance Department as needed.Education, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · Associate's degree in computer applications or related field required · Bachelor's degree in computer applications or related field preferred Work Experience/Training/Additional Requirements · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Compass Health's EHRs preferred · Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills preferred You'll be a great fit for this role if you: Excel at organizing and interpreting data to improve processes Bring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and across departments Are skilled at balancing independent work with team collaboration Take pride in supporting systems that uphold integrity, safety, and quality of care
