Electrical Supervisor

Our panel build and machine wiring floor is where those machines come together, and we are looking for an Electrical Assembly Supervisor to run it. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can read a control panel, wire it, and lead the crew that builds it. If that is you, keep reading. 👇🔧 The role, day to day:✅ Lead a crew of 5+ electro-mechanical assemblers wiring and building electrical control panels, cabinets, and machines✅ Plan and schedule assembly work around machine line balance and keep production tracking up to date✅ Hold the line on quality, completeness, and on-time delivery across your areas✅ Solve everyday electrical issues on the floor and work with our controls engineer to keep the red-line process clean✅ Push Lean, 5S, and Kaizen improvements across the team✅ Hire, train, coach, and develop your assemblers, including performance reviews🎯 What you need to bring:✅ 5 to 10+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting✅ 5 to 10+ years of hands-on electrical control panel building✅ Confident reading assembly drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and pneumatic and hydraulic schematics✅ Associate degree in electro-mechanical technology preferred (HS Diploma or GED required)✅ Handy with hand and power tools, fabrication machinery, and material handling equipment (forklift, crane)✅ Valid Driver's license✅ Allen-Bradley / electrical controls familiarity is a plus Want to run the build floor at a company whose machines fill and cap the products people use every day?
