Job Description:
Garden Path Home Care is seeking a friendly, motivated Ambassador / Community Liaisonto help us build meaningful connections throughout the Richmond community.
What You’ll Do:
Create and post social-media content four times every two weeks across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Represent Garden Path Home Care at local events, wellness fairs, and community outreach opportunities.
Build relationships with local organizations, community partners, and referral sources.
Support outreach efforts that connect families with compassionate, personalized in-home care.
Help spread awareness of Garden Path’s services and mission in the community.
Count as internship hours if needed
Compensation & Incentives
Social-media posting stipend:$150 every two weeks.
Successful referral bonus:$150 per retained referral.
Referral bonus increase: After five retained referrals, earn $200 per referral.
Ten retained referrals milestone: Earn $250 per referral.
Client and caregiver referral:$200 per successful combined referral.
Health and wellness fairs:$100 for each fair attended on behalf of Garden Path Home Care.
