About the role

Job Description: We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, responsible for managing communications through multi-line phone systems, emails, chat platforms, and internal messaging. The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion while assisting with scheduling and maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors and patients in a welcoming and professional manner Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system Manage incoming and outgoing mail Perform data entry accurately and timely Handle office supply management to ensure stock availability Manage visitor check-in and visitor logs Take and relay messages promptly Assist with scheduling and calendar management as needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical and administrative information
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in reception or administrative support\nCompany
