What You'll Need:
- Master's degree from an accredited academic program in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school or clinical setting with students who have special needs
- Knowledge of Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and implementation
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth
- Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support
- Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment
