About the role

MCHAP is seeking a Part-Time Chaplain to serve employees and their families remotely, with on-site visits to Richmond-area worksites as needed. The Chaplain will provide pastoral care, confidential counseling, and assist with funerals and grief support, while coordinating referrals for additional resources. The role requires spiritual maturity, interfaith respect, and strong communication skills. Regular travel to client sites and participation in orientation are expected, with flexible hours
