Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant

Pay range: $45,000$115,000 per year A schedule that respects your life: Car sales has a reputation for long hours. Weve done things differently: You work a five-day week, every week, with a scheduled day off. Your shifts typically alternate between 9 a.m.5 p.m. and 12 p.m.9 p.m., so youll have some evenings and some mornings free every week. Saturday shifts are 9 a.m.5 p.m. What youll do: Greet and guide customers in person, by phone, and online, helping them find the right vehicle by asking good questions and listening carefully. Learn the Honda lineup inside and out, including trims, packages, and technology, so customers can rely on you as the expert. Give professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations. Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and referral business. Work closely with your Sales Manager on goals, activity, and your professional development. What were looking for: Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people. A self-starter who is eager to learn and wants to grow their income. Availability for both shift types, including Saturdays. A professional appearance consistent with our dress code. A valid drivers license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements.
