About the role
- Develop and execute a physician recruitment strategy across pediatrics, primary care specialties and ancillary services to enable the clinic's growth.
- Build a pipeline of pediatricians, primary care physicians, and allied health care providers in complementary fields
- Establish relationships with residency programs, physician networks, and recruiting partners
- Shape a long-term growth roadmap for sustainable expansion across Memphis Metro Area and adjoining States.
- Who We're Looking ForDemonstrated success recruiting or placing physicians, ideally in a private practice or multi-specialty setting
- Strong working knowledge of provider reimbursement across various medical specialities.
- Experience with social media marketing, use of AI tools in healthcare setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable identifying opportunities and owning outcomes
- Working knowledge of physician compensation models, contracts, and practice economics
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with practice expansion, mergers, or specialty integration is a plusMBA, MHA, or equivalent business/healthcare management background preferred; comparable practical experience will also be considered.
