About the role

Mountaire Farms is offering a summer internship designed to expose you to our family-oriented culture while working on a real improvement project. You will evaluate the Grow Out radius process, review workflows, and analyze process data to identify opportunities for simplification and standardization. You will collaborate with Live Operations teams, develop data-driven recommendations, and present findings to leadership to help drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
