About the role
Traveling Project Manager My client is a one of the country's leading builders, known for delivering complex manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. The organization combines the resources and project portfolio of a large national contractor with the culture and career development opportunities of a growth-focused team. The key responsibilities of the Traveling Project Manager are: Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to ownership and leadership teams. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and contract administration. Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals. Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specifications. The successful Traveling Project Manager will have the following:5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Experience delivering Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, Mission Critical, or other highly technical construction projects. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Design-Build project experience preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, or similar project management platforms. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. My client can offer the following for the Traveling Project Manager:
Base Salary: Up to $160,000
Annual Bonus:
