What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting DOT-regulated products Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Experience developing procedures, quality documentation, and process controls Familiarity with ERP systems
Key Responsibilities: Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality investigations Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action activities Review product specifications, drawings, and manufacturing requirements Partner with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns Conduct inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives Track quality metrics and compliance performance
