Job DescriptionExperience : 6 - 8 YearsMust Have Technical/Functional Skills • Demonstrated experience in data security / encryption engineering, including substantial hands-onadministration experience with OpenText / Micro Focus Voltage SecureData • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and administering the Voltage SecureData Appliance(SDA), Management Console, Identity Management, and SecureData Simple API / Web Service • Strong working knowledge of Format-Preserving Encryption (FPE), Secure Stateless Tokenization(SST), Format-Preserving Hash (FPH), and stateless key management • Experience protecting PII, PCI, and PHI data at rest, in transit, and in use across cloud(AWS/Azure) and on-premises / mainframe environments • Proficiency integrating Voltage SecureData with databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server), Hadoop /big data platforms, and applications via APIs/SDKs (Java, .NET, C) • Working knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, and related data privacy / compliance frameworksas they apply to encryption and tokenization • Experience with certificate and key lifecycle management, HSM integration (e.g., Entrust nShield, Thales), and FIPS 140-2 / Common Criteria compliant deployments • Scripting / automation skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for policy deployment, monitoring, andoperational tasks • Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows server administration, networking, and load balancing forappliance clustersRoles & Responsibilities • Administer, configure, and maintain the OpenText / Micro Focus Voltage SecureData platform(Appliance, Management Console, and policies) across production and non-productionenvironments • Implement and manage data-centric encryption and tokenization policies to protect PII, PCI, andPHI data at rest, in transit, and in use • Partner with infrastructure, cloud, database, and application teams to onboard new applicationsand data stores onto the encryption platform • Manage identity, access, and key management configurations, including certificate renewals andHSM integration • Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot and resolve incidents related toencryption and tokenization services • Support audits and compliance assessments (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, CCPA) by providingevidence of encryption controls and remediating findings • Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and configuration/architecture documentation for theVoltage environment • Apply patches, upgrades, and security hardening to Voltage SecureData components; validatechanges in lower environments before production rollout • Collaborate on disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the encryption platform • Provide Tier 2/3 support and act as subject matter expert for encryption- and tokenization-relatedrequests from application and business teams
