About the role
- Lead strategy and integrated planning across key client accounts
- Step into established accounts, assess needs, and develop a clear path forward
- Own senior-level client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers
- Oversee integrated communications and creative campaigns from planning through execution
- Work closely with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
- Ensure teams stay aligned on strategy, priorities, and execution
- What They’re Looking For6–8+ years of account management, client services, communications, or related experience
- Strong background in strategic planning and integrated communications
- Proven experience leading and developing account teams
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on an account and provide strategic direction
- Agency experience preferred, or experience supporting national/global clients
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with senior executives and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- Portfolio is not required, but case studies demonstrating integrated campaigns, strategy, and planning are a plus
