About the role
FULL-TIME PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE BGM Custom Wear is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team! We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn all aspects of a busy screen printing and embroidery shop.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Reliable and dependable Good attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift and move boxes and garments as needed Good organizational skills Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Previous screen printing, embroidery, or production experience is a plus, but not required WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is someone who shows up, works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing the job correctly. We are willing to train the right person. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn different areas of the custom apparel production process.
