Director of Strategic Partnerships Part-time, hybrid, New York, NYPanda Guarantee is looking for an exceptional relationship builder to grow partnerships with New York's largest apartment owners. Landlords turn away thousands of good renters every year over income rules and missing guarantors. We guarantee those leases. We intend to become the standard way leases are guaranteed in New York, and then in every major American city. Why owners say yes Easy: nothing to install, and a leasing team can start the same day. Fast: renters are approved the same day, so units fill sooner. Free: the renter pays for the coverage. Safe: every renter is still vetted, and claims are paid fast. The job Win owners and property managers who run 500 units or more. Reach the people who set leasing policy, close the agreement, and get their teams using us. You must haveA record of closing partnerships that produced real revenue. The ability to take an owner from first meeting to live applications in weeks. Clear writing and speaking, in front of a leasing director or a principal. Great relationships in NYC real estate. A bachelor's degree. Relationships with New York owners and operators are a strong plus.
