About the role
Alchemy Global Talent are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the Corporate Accommodation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base within the corporate accommodation industry. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth. Identify and engage with potential clients, including corporate organizations, relocation management companies, travel agencies, and HR departments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for expansion. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms. Present and promote corporate accommodation solutions to potential clients through tailored proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences. Track sales performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, forecasts, and market insights. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends in the corporate accommodation and relocation sector.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the corporate accommodation, serviced apartments, relocation, or hospitality sectors. Strong network of contacts within corporate travel, HR, or relocation management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
