Summary: Coordinate remote staffing plans for service teams. This full-time associate role supports responsive policyholder service.
Job Responsibilities: • Build weekly staffing forecasts from contact volumes and renewals to maintain responsive service coverage.• Maintain schedules and intraday adjustments so agent availability matches changing call and message demand.• Review adherence, absences, and queue trends daily to identify coverage gaps before waits increase.• Prepare capacity summaries for operations leaders, explaining volume assumptions to guide staffing decisions.• Coordinate schedule changes with team leads so approved updates reach employees accurately.• Track forecast results against actual workload to strengthen future coverage recommendations for teams.
Qualifications: • Experience supporting schedules, staffing plans, or service operations helps establish dependable planning foundations.• Comfort interpreting volume trends and basic metrics supports sound capacity and staffing recommendations.• Familiarity with spreadsheets and workforce management platforms helps maintain accurate schedules and forecasts.• Ability to prioritize shifting requests is valuable when absences and service demand change quickly.• Clear written communication helps translate staffing findings into practical updates for team leads.• Associate-level operations or scheduling experience is preferred, while transferable coordination experience remains welcome.
