About the role

Hayden AI Technologies, Inc. seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of hardware programs from concept to mass production. You will coordinate across hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in ambiguous environments. You will own phase-gate governance, drive NPI processes (EVT–MP), manage supplier relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with business goals and customer requirements.
