JOB DESCRIPTION:
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a luxurious pop-up retail store in Manhattan, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations, driving sales performance, leading and developing retail associates, and ensuring an elevated customer experience. You will work closely with store leadership to maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and achieve store sales goals. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2+ years of retail management experience. Experience leading a team in a customer-facing retail environment. Strong sales, coaching, and customer service skills. Experience with Shopify or similar POS systems. Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and employee schedules. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends.
NICE TO HAVE:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCELuxury, fashion, or boutique retail experience. Experience with visual merchandising and KPI-driven sales environments. Schedule Shifts Wednesday - Sunday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Compensation:
$25/hr to $30/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
