About the role
Front Desk Coordinator Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Manage the front desk, including visitor check-in, meeting room coordination, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and leadership team as needed. Coordinate deliveries, mail, packages, and office supplies. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating office-related needs. Support employee and guest requests and ensure questions are directed to the appropriate team. Help maintain an organized, professional, and well-functioning office environment. Assist with company events, meetings, and other projects as needed. 12 years of experience in a Front Desk, Receptionist, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with employees, executives, guests, and external partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office tools.
