Accounting Administrative Coordinator Job Summary: This position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and customers while providing administrative and accounting support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Job Details: Full-time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMLocation: Woodland, CAPay: $20 - $27hr

General Responsibilities – Receptionist: Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
Answer and screen telephone calls.
Train new personnel on phone system usage.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain reception area, conference room, and kitchen.
Make copies, send/distribute faxes, and maintain office machines.
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed.
Provide administrative support for staff.
Assist with projects as assigned.
Cross-train in other support roles.
General Responsibilities – Accounting Coordinator: Scan and enter invoices into the accounting system (high volume).
Request and review monthly statements.
Maintain and request insurance certificates, business licenses, and W-9 forms.
Set up new vendors.
Complete vendor applications.
Qualifications Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Multiple-line phone experience preferred.
Strong filing and organizational skills.
Customer service experience strongly preferred.
Ability to handle detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Professional office skills with the ability to make sound, independent decisions.
Ability to multi-task, stay flexible, and work effectively with all levels of staff.
Problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Some accounting education and/or experience preferred.
Strong personal ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
