Company/Position Overview: Our client, a manufacturer of concrete construction products, is seeking a temp-to-hire customer service representative to join their growing team in their north Denver office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the customer relationship. This role manages customer inquiries, processes orders and quotes, maintains customer accounts, resolves issues, and coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers and Sales Representatives and is responsible for maintaining accurate customer and transaction information while delivering timely, professional, and solution-oriented service. This is a 100% in-office position to support coordination and collaboration with team members. Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative: Provide exceptional customer service and support to contractors, distributors, and internal teams Process orders, quotations, and customer requests accurately and efficiently Support daily customer communication regarding product availability, delivery coordination, and project needs Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness Assist customers with product selection and application support related to concrete accessories and forming solutions Build and maintain strong relationships within the local construction market Take ownership of issues and help drive solutions Qualifications of Customer Service Representative: Previous experience in customer service, order entry, sales support, account management, or a related role required Previous experience in the construction industry required; concrete construction industry preferred Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or similar platforms Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently Confident decision-maker who performs well in a fast-paced environment Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration Knowledge of concrete accessories, forming systems, and jobsite applications strongly preferred Familiarity with concrete supply distributors and the Denver / Rockies construction market is a plus Dress Code: Business casual; nice jeans are okay Parking: Free on-siteJ.
