About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Controller to join our Management Resources Loan Staff team. In this role, you’ll serve as a Controller for client engagements, assuming full responsibility for core accounting operations and providing stability and leadership during periods of transition, growth, or transformation. This position offers the opportunity to step into hands-on Controller roles across a variety of industries, partnering closely with client leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and efficient close processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a Controller or equivalent role. Healthcare industry preferred. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Experience overseeing audits and interacting directly with external auditors. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, MS Dynamics, Sage Intacct, etc.) and financial reporting tools. Ability to quickly assess environments, assume ownership, and drive improvements in fast-paced, changing organizations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
