About the role

PPG's Cleveland plant seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the engineering and sub-standard product recovery functions, ensuring safe and efficient operation of production systems. This onsite role reports to the Operations Manager in Cleveland, OH. You will lead a ~20–25 person team across 24/7 shifts, drive continuous improvements in quality and cost, and partner with maintenance and engineering to sustain operations while meeting customer requirements and standards.
