About the role

Safe Nest is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator in Las Vegas to independently manage HR operations for the Donation Center and thrift store workforce. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR compliance, training coordination, and workforce support, reporting to the VP of People & Culture. It requires a driven professional with 4–7 years of HR experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
