Matrix Research, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior RF Systems and Business Development Engineer in Dayton, Ohio to lead RF hardware design and drive strategic growth. You will bridge hands-on development with market-facing capture initiatives across DoD and commercial partners. The role combines architecture, bench testing, and subsystem integration with FPGA-based processing. You will also spearhead technical marketing and proposal development, leveraging a strong background in radar/EW/SDR
