You need to be able to read detailed drawings, bills of material, use measuring tools and be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions. We will teach you how to operate woodworking equipment and build furniture to our quality standards. You'll be a good fit if you: Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills. Experience using hand tools and/or wood working tools is a plus. Are conscientious about quality and safety. Communicate well and contribute to a team. Show up consistently and are ready to work. Take satisfaction in doing a job well.
Responsibilities:
Assemble custom tables and furniture using hand tools and handheld power tools Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction Use a tape measure and shop equipment (including table saws) to measure and cut materials Work closely with team members to complete complex furniture builds Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following safety protocols
