Job Description: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare and maintain the studio for live newscasts Operate teleprompter Keep track of broadcast cues and talent positions in studio Assist talent and guests with microphones and other equipment Move and position multiple studio cameras and set pieces Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of studio space and equipment Prepare and guide studio guests from standby locations to on-air interviews or segments Support operation of the station by assisting Engineering, News, and other departments Other duties as assigned Experience: Previous experience in a live production environment as a support crew or a degree in a related field preferred. Work requirements: Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for multiple hours at a time. Usage of ladders up to 25ft.
