Qualifications: Registered or registry-eligible MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI preferred) Valid MRI Technologist license in the applicable state Minimum of one year of experience performing MRI scans in a clinical setting Proficiency with MRI equipment, safety protocols, and patient positioning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of MRI procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout the imaging process, adhering to established MRI guidelines Operate and maintain MRI scanners and associated equipment, troubleshooting as needed Prepare and position patients, providing clear instructions and maintaining a compassionate approach Maintain accurate records of completed exams and comply with all documentation standards Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
