About the role

NVA in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Director of Physical Security to lead our enterprise security strategy and operations onsite at hospitals and corporate offices. You will protect employees, facilities, executives, and critical assets while enabling safe, uninterrupted operations. You will partner with Legal, HR, Operations, and Executive leadership to implement governance, incident response, and business continuity with a scalable security posture across the organization.
