About the role
Enter, update, and maintain company data and records accurately. Review documents and information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Organize digital files, records, spreadsheets, and databases. Verify and cross-check information to identify and correct errors. Process forms, reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation. Maintain accurate records of completed data entry and administrative tasks. Retrieve and provide information when requested by authorized team members. Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, and data summaries. Respond to internal requests for information in a timely and professional manner. Follow established procedures for data management, confidentiality, and document handling. Perform routine administrative and clerical duties as needed. Communicate effectively with team members through email, chat, and other company communication platforms.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Strong typing and computer skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software. Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and digital records. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling company information. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
Fast and accurate typing. Strong proofreading and error-detection abilities. Familiarity with cloud-based file management systems. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Comfortable learning new software and company systems.
