This role plays a critical role in protecting digital ecosystem by identifying and managing cybersecurity risks. You will help shape the cybersecurity strategy by analyzing internal and third-party risks.This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments across internal systems and third-party vendorsSupport and enhance the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, including vendor onboarding and continuous monitoringAnalyze cybersecurity risks and provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organizationCollaborate with teams in IT, Legal, Procurement, and Business Units to ensure risk awareness and mitigationMaintain risk registers and support the development of risk metrics and dashboardsAssist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity risk policies, standards, and proceduresAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's degree in information technology or other related field experienceExperience in audit roles or a related control function - relevant certification or industry accreditation (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIA) encouragedWorking knowledge of ITSM/ITAM, regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR/PII and HIPAA) and cybersecurity principlesStrong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a general understanding of simple data analysis techniques like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn both AA and industry standards (NIST 800-171, NIST 800-871)Strong written and oral communication skills, PC skills, team building skills and the ability to work independentlySRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
