About the role
Morgan Stanley seeks an experienced Service Manager to guide service operations across branches. You will supervise Service Associates & Receptionists, approve transactions, and ensure efficiency while upholding risk and compliance standards.
In this role you will train teams, coordinate with Market Sales and Risk, and drive process improvements. Travel to branches is possible to ensure coverage and quality of service.
